All orders are custom and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ASB Team Iowa has the right to cancel orders and refund customers if minimums are not met.

Items may vary in brand and slight color due to stock shortages and inventory issues. We will do our best to fulfill your orders!

Please allow processing time (approximately 4 weeks) once the online store is closed to receive your order.

Claims of quality issues and/or missing items must be made within 2 weeks of order receipt.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed. If you do not receive an email, your order may have not gone through. Please contact ASB Team Iowa at asbiowa@americanbus.com if you do not receive a confirmation email and we can double check for you.
